i painted bar codes on at least a dozen people's foreheads then stuck them in a field. they were all wonderful models, and tolerated my crazy idea very well

i look this several years ago, so bear with me. i got the sepia tone by not leaving the print in the fixer for enough time. the film was some kind of black and white process kodak film, but i'm not sure as to the speed and exactly what brand. sorry i couldn't be more of a help! but that's for the fave and for the compliment!

ah, lol it's fine, i was just wondering if it were some special film or something. i've seen some similar results from a polaroid film that i think has chocolate in the title of it.. but it was rare and i think its discontinued.
hehe no problem!

oo heyheyhey
i remember this!
It was fun standing out in that field.
It was also fun pretending I didn't have a barcode on my head when people asked about it.
However Dani's fright of being shot by a hunter tops all.
lovelovelove this
..and you

Hey hey, I SAW This! I saw the ORIGINAL, I do say, at that art show at whatayacallit school. And I said, hey look, it says Amanda!

And I thought it looked very neat. I like how snapshotty it is, like you just turned around and snapped it in the people's faces. Maybe that's why their expressions are like that.

I'm assuming the barcodes are photoshop and not something actually drawn on them? A penny for your thoughts on people barcode stuff.

oh thank you! i didnt know you went to see the show! I havent even been over to Emma Willard to see it. Did you go with evan?

but anyways, the bar codes are actually paint. i stood on a bench in my hallway and asked for assistance on a photo i had in mind, and you see here a few volunteers. It was quite labor intensive.

Yes yes, we went to the opening! There were crowds of artsy people and carrot sticks. That's awesome that it's real paint. Nothing like REAL special effects.
