It's late, but happy birthday Ames. I'm sorry your present's so underwhelming and that I couldn't be there for you- but happy birthday chica.

This is THE lineart that started me checking the "scraps" for all my watches. Even if you hate this piece, please check out the original, it has this really soft delicateness that i couldn't portray in my colors (and i'm sorry for that).

HP touchsmart tm2+photoshop. This was a practice piece really, i played with some textures in the hat with a photo from google... this one because i'm so ocd like that.
The flowers are from this set of brushes
The clouds i learned from here
fluffy grass brush is from this set
and the trees were inspired by this tutorial and the stone wall by this tutorial .
linking them just...cuz it's good to learn and it really wasn't all me. Thanks for all the help.

yes, i have the ability to come screaming back at a finished piece because i suddenly remembered-
ireallyreallyreallywantedtouseadragonflypatternonherkimono
which, i didn't do because all the dragonly brushes were pretty much straight up dragonflies and...i'm sorry, but dragonflies are alot uglier than dragonfly patterns and i don't really have the epic skills to turn this into prettiness >.< ack,
just had to rant.
