The slight sepia tones give this a nice touch of warmth that could have so easily be dominated by the sheer scale of the structure. The balance works well, as does the way the harbour bridge supports protectively look over the opera house. Great perspective!!

You use your own lighting or is there lights there under the bridge already?? I can't remember exactly...

no.... lights galore... but I wish to get a flash and a dark monument and do some light painting.. flick thru digital SLR user mag from UK in newsagent.. May issue.. you will see what I mean!

It must be very difficult to come up with an angle on the bridge and opera house, that hasn't been done before in that area, but I haven't seen them from this viewpoint before.

I must admit that my eye went to the bridge first and then to the opera house. I wonder if that would change if you dimmed the right hand side a little bit. Just the bottom half; the top half is great as it is.
