I'm a little confused what is happening with Tibbers (is his arm getting blasted off by fire...?)
But this is a great drawing. Awesome sense of light/dark in here, and I like your hatching as well
Annie's neck/head placement seems a little odd, and there's definitely something off about the mouth. Unsure, but I think her arms might be long too (a little hard to judge here).
Nice definition on her nearer arm.

I like to take one step father when drawing comic/manga characters so don't judge my drawings by classic golden rules
And Tibbers arm - well, for me everything is fine to be honest, but I feel really glad that you took some deeper thoughts about my drawing.
