Can I ask if each of these page dolls are resized or if the sizes were originally like as it is shown?
If it's resized, do you resize the pixels by stretching it so that it becomes bigger but how do you control how each of the pixels are no larger than one another? Or do you use a specific website/program to resize it without blurring out the pixels?
I'm so sorry for the bother and the confusing questions but it's because I've been seeing people who resizes their pixels without trouble and I've been wondering how they do it! >.<

Hi! These are not page dolls, these are icons so there is no resizing going on. I work on a 50x50 canvas. When I make "packs" like this one here, I just place all of these icons on a bigger canvas!
If you want to resize pixels, you need to look it up for your specific program! I use photoshop, so I go to Image Resize from the toolbar...you have to change the setting to pixels, and the program gives you a set of values. For any pixel art you make in its original form, the value is 100%. If I want to resize it to make it bigger, change the value to 200%, or 300%, and so on! You can only resize by values of 100. So, in short, in order to resize you need to use the specific setting for it on the program you use, not stretching it. Also no need to apologize for asking questions!! I hope this helps! I use paint.net for pixels but I'm sure it works similarily to photoshop as well. Usually when it asks to resize, it pops out the width and height, so would you have to input any number to make it balance out without blurring it or would you just need to change the value? I tried to resize the canvas along with the image by percentage to 200% but it still appears to be blurry? I'm not sure what I did wrong actually ;-; but thank you so much for the explanation!
Edit: Oh I got it actually, I was able to set the percentage to 200 as a test and by selecting "nearest neighbor" on resampling, I was able to get the better resolution without the pixels being blurry. ^^ thank you so muchh <3
