Hillcrest herd, September 2007.Story of this image:
Karly went to go get Charlie (The one w/ the fly mask and halter/lead on), and then decided to ride him back. So she got on his back and I led him. Then when we got to the front of the pasture, I had her hold the lead, just for a second, so I could take a quick picture. So in that split moment, he whinnied and galloped off. So she had to jump off, and he galloped back to the herd. Then he got them all riled up and they all came galloping toward the front of the pasture. So I managed to take a couple shots in the commotion.
