Canon: Because It's Good For You. ^_^Jasmine and Aladdin, Siiiigh.... I CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THEM!!! Why? What is it about these two? I'll tell you what it is- they're in love!
I think it's so cute when they have little arguments in the TV series. Recently I saw the episode where Jasmine gets turned into a "street rat", and at the end she says to Aladdin: "I am NOT speaking to you," and Al says, "What'd I do?!?" in just the most ADORABLE way-- and it's little moments like that that keep bringing me back to the reason I'm in love with Aladdin. ^_^
Anyway, this picture took me forever.
The lovely background is borrowed/stolen from a screencap. I bought the DVD though, so I don't feel like criminal. Actually, I'm proud of myself for figuring out how to wrangle it into my photoshop project. oh, and I tried messing around with shading this time! See? See? ...but I can't decide if I like it or not.
Sigh... Alaaaaddin... so... yummy... and I've got two more sugarfluff pics like this in progress. Grin.

i hope that the genie doesn't come in and ruins the moment, cause well.....the genie is and always will be fantastic and awesome don't get me wrong on that but... that dude just doesn't understand the privacy rule !!!! I agree with your thoughts on Jasmine and Aladdin and how they're a realistic couple because of their imperfect relationship.
All right, I have A LOT to say about this fanart, so just humor me. 
First of all, I love the soft colors in this. They're very calming and give off a sense of contentment, which is exactly what you conveyed in Jasmine and Aladdin's mood: relaxation and ease, uninterrupted bliss.
Second, I adore their pose to bits and pieces! It's definitely very sensual - that's clear from their expressions, and the way that Jasmine is stretched out in a very catlike manner and gazing down at Aladdin with some amount of longing/interest. It doesn't help that Aladdin is lying down either XP - but it's also very sweet. Jasmine's hand on Aladdin's arm and Aladdin's smile conveys sweetness and tenderness. Overall, their pose is a lovely blend of J/A's two winning traits as a couple: they're saucy and heated, but loving.
Third, I can't stop looking at this fanart for both of the aforementioned reasons! It's simply addicting!

HA! xD i laughed at this, dunno why... guess it's cause they looks so happy (and horny) to be alone, which is like, not a common thing with such a big cast of sidekick characters and their antics, and all the disasters they have to deal with... let's just hope nothing ruins this moment. xD very nicely done, and you've matched their colors to the background's palette very well. definitely fav material.

aw, thanks! I'm glad you think so. I think so too. My Mozenrath x Jasmine story is just a silly thing inspired by the episode where Jasmine turned evil. I couldn't help but think "what if she _Stayed_ evil??"
But, ultimately, I do believe Jasmine and Aladdin will stay happily married and in love with each other for the rest of their lives. ^_^

I think the episode I'm talking about is called "street rat". In it, Jasmine gets turned into a rat (an actual rodent!) but she is convinced that Aladdin will recognize her anyway and be able to turn her back into a princess. But when Jasmine-rat goes up to Al, Al looks down and only sees... a rat. Which he ignores. And that's why Jasmine is angry at him when she finally gets turned back into a human. Poor Al, however, doesn't have a clue. ^_^
