For style and skill i say way to go. But i do think a name change is in order. I am quite offended by the fact that you would label this avril lavigne/barby girl punk. I have been kickin in my little subculutre for some time now, and it makes me puke whenpeople sit there and try to mimic our culture, make it cute, and make it pretty. WHEN WILL THE MEDIA STOP FUCKING WITH YOUR MIND? WHEN WILL YOU TELL THEM TO STOP? WHEN WILL YOU TURN OFF YOUR TV AND LOOK INSIDE YOUR OWN MIND? why did you ever think this was punk? it is because you ahve been blinded too long by the propaganda your tv and your radio and your magazines through at you telling you what is punk, telling you what to see and believe. That isnt punk, punk is black, punk is chains, punk is mohawks, punk is writing FUCK YOU BUSH, AVRIL, AND GATES on the back of your shirt and walking around.
However, i do think that with a simple name change this picture is very good, and there is a great deal of skill there. YOU JUST HAVE TO STOP THE PROPAGANDA FROM PENETRATING YOU AND THUS YOUR ARTWORK!

Whoa, whoa, whoa Skanky Chicken. Cool your goddamm jets. By sitting her and screaming at people about what punk is, I think you may have just proved to some of us how narrowminded YOU are. Styles are undefined: For instance? Where I live, the people most others consider 'preps' are the ones who wear the tight clothes and the hiphuggers and that crap. Now, where my friend Marie lives, the 'preps' are the ones that wear the baggy clothes, etc. Where I live, I'm considered to dress punk..but hell, I'm not even going that hardcore. I just wear skulls, spiked collars, and dogchains- and not even that much black...........so what? I dress punk if they see me as dressing punk.
Styles are what you make them, and none are predefined. Besides, it's not like it matters that much anyway...it matter so little, in fact, that I'm somewhat disappointed in myself for posting paragraphs trying to correct you on it.
So...those are my two cents. Spend them wisely.
