A gift forI helped create a Weavile OC for him!
I hope you like it, if there's anything you don't like feel free to adjust or add on as you please.
I even tried to make him look somewhat "dragon" like just like your dragon OC (Razor)
I even tried to use his color scheme Muahahahaha!!!
Look at that epic scarf it even creates "horns" off the side of his head. XD
A small scar as requested, a dragon-like shoulder spike, and dragon-like claw? (I guess)
Gee, I wonder what could that symbol/gem on his head be.....

And I'm glad you like it, was fun to color him, I made him bigger and everythiung, it's ready for upload but I'll upload it in a few days since I have uploaded too much in the past days XDD you can go ahead and post it now or whenever you want, it's yours. Just a note, I see a little thing on his vest which is not supposed to be there, Photoshop is glitching on me lately but I'll fix it.
