No, actually. I just drew a rectangle and it rotates to point to the mouse. I made this before I knew how to draw with AS. lol
And about the ball never coming back, I guess I could add in a little:

It's not a game or anything, more of just an example of physics in Flash.
The red bar indicated the strength at which you launch the ball.
The ball will get launched away from your cursor when you click.
You can also bounce it off the ground instead of clicking below the ball.
Just don't click too much when it's up out of sight, or it could take a while for it to get back down.
