This is a bio engineered god. Scientists took references from the Bible and tried to recreate a being that could perform those phenomenons. Originally this was a human but it's brain got wiped clean.

It's powers are the ultimate in any category, strength, intelligence etc. This monster has gone wrong and has developed a sick taste for humans as food. Besides the wide range of telepathy, telekinesis, agility, etc. It developed a new technique which allows it to expand it's control network of body infinitely. This means it can use it's surrounding as it's body, with no range limit. Out of this technique came forth a very sick and sadistic torture.
It elongates a part of your body till it looks like strings (while stille attached to the body). and fixes it's nerves, So the slightest touch causes immense pain.

It's body has been miraculously fused with a black hole. Allowing it to manipulate time and space in any way.

This being also creates other beings. It is the ultimate adversary of bio girl.
