Description I've found that I'm not that good at tutorials - please, ask LOTS of questions so I can improve it. I'll try to check often, but here's something to gnaw on until I'm done with finals...

Used in my No Face Cosplay.

Lol, nothing so involved as needing that, but we'll see...

Materials: 1-inch styrofoam sheet (I got a big one from the hardware store), White Gesso, and Black/Gray Acrylic Paint, a sharp knife, and sandpaper of varying grits (80/120/200).

TIP: Do any styrofoam work outside or in the garage, you WILL have lots and lots of foam-dust from this~

Step 1: Take knife & styrofoam, cut roughly to shape (reference pics help here!)
Step 2: Sand down to shape, starting with low grit to high.
Step 3: Paint surface with Gesso (multiple layers, allow to dry in between)
Optional Step: If your surface had some gaps/bumps that you didn't sand out before, you can sand the Gesso down with more success.
Step 4: Paint on details (something I wished I'd done was use taped stencils, try it!)
Optional Step: Seal with your choice of paint-sealer, it will help protect all your painting work!

Last Step: Mount & enjoy!

Thank you *-*
And I know that your face was between the mask and the mouth, how did you make the mask like stay in one place?
It's the first time I'm cosplaying and I just HAD to choose No Face. He's epic. ^-^"

I wear a helmet with a dome-ish cardboard/hanger-wire shape, and the mask is attached to that w/more cardboard & duct-tape.

*Note: I hot-glued a piece of cardboard to the back of the mask for ease of application.
