On one level, it's an exploration of the writing process and the author's state of mind as he worked on his entry for the SCP-3000 contest.
On another, it's Researcher Talloran grappling with a powerful reality bender that seems hell-bent on tormenting him for all eternity, eventually resetting the universe and destroying both of them.
