ok, currently freaking out at people who dismiss Disclaimers. Came here through a link on this [link] where the author HAVE NOT disclaimed any ownership of this picture. Sunnydarkside on the other hand have in rule-right intentions proclaimed that this is a cool picture (Oh so very true) and also that she does not own it.
...though, the page where you found it do seems to lack proper disclaimer. But unless someone could tell me exactly where this is from instead of brain freezing at the fact that Sunnydarkside does not own it (which yet again SHE was the one who pointed it out!), THEN we could find out whether this is truly legal or not since all pages where I have found this picture at lack some important words in the form of: "DO NOT USE THIS PICTURE".
I've read people saying (on the other person's page among reviews) "I've had this picture for 2-3 or even 4 years as a wallpaper, so it's not yours!" Good proof. But could you please tell the rest of us who the REAL artist is then?? Because obviously a lot of people must've seen this picture with the original artist. Otherwise they first saved the pic as their wallpaper, and then reported the page from where they got it seeing as that it most likely wasn't the original.
I haven't seen the original, therefore I can not proclaim that the artist is or is not alright with his/her picture being spread ALL OVER THE INTERNET like it obviously have been. It is my opinion that only the original artist have the right to decide that matter. (And seriously, anyone who knows where to find the original, tell me! I want to see more of that person's art work!)

If people who take the side of the original artist have planned on rummaging through the internet and report/delete any "stolen" copies of this image, then good luck to you! Please DON'T LIMIT your fighting spirit for the 'right cause' to only Deviant Art or just two or three copies. I can understand reporting people who take credit for someone else's work. That's just not cool. But if you think one copy WITH disclaimer should go, then they should all go! All throughout the internet! Please, get to it!

Sunnydarkside, I'm sorry for going berserker among your reviews. I totally woke up on the wrong side of the bed today and the first thing I see is a four-year-old who's keyboard is obviously broken since the most they can use is seven keys. (Argument for one's cause please! Either good OR bad arguments would do!) Please feel free to "hide this comment" if you feel uncomfortable having this up here. But from me to you: Thank you for helping sharing a really pretty picture.
