Description
This is a fanart from RPG game: "insert the title name xD"It was made by Okegom, who also worked on other pretty good RPG games, horror, adventures, and other.
I didn't mention this I think, but I am a big fan of horror games, I played a lot of good ones, and Wadanohara, while not being a horror game is still pretty dark.
I also liked Witch's House, Bury, Ao Oni, Ib, Misao, Dreaming Mary, Mad Father, The Mirror Lied, Mogeko Castle, Mix Ore(and everything from Charon), The Crooked Man(everything form Uri), Fantasy maiden's odd hideout and maaaaany others.

I adore Ib, but Witch's House is a close second(since it's the one that introduced me to the world of rpg horror games). Amazing art, as always!

I was just bothered by so many flashbacks in the beginning, Ib was also fun,despite of graphics!Witches house comes also into that realm of very good games!

I too couldn't get that ending, I didn't know how. Witches House is probably 2 to 3 times scarier than Ib and Mad Father. At least to me xD
Hansel and Gretel, I think it is the game that Pewdiepie played (youtuber in case you don't know xD). I didn't play it.Β

Most people said that there was like, something like friendship points or smth like that? The closer you get to Gary the better chances of a better ending? not sure anymore lol. Scarier?! Wahaha count me in I'mma watch playthroughs now XD

Well, for me, I don't think I've played any of those games, if they are horror, then that's probably why. I hate to say this, but I get scared so easily, its not even funny. Well, its funny for my friends to laugh at, but other than that, I get scared very easily lololol.
I could see you walk into the room by the corner of my eye and know you're there, but you can still yell and I'll still get scared and yell too xD

Some of them are not that scary, I mean, how much can a pixel horror game be scary xD
The Mirror Lied ,example, is not scary, it is just kind of atmospheric and symbolic.Β
Dreaming Mary, if you play it a certain way, may not be scary at all, depends on what route you choose.
Lieat isn't scary either, it's more cutesy but about a mystery plot, and has very good artstyle and has animations from time to time.
Utopia is very atmospheric, and fun game, it isn't very scary, it feels more nostalgic.
I'm not the person who can be easily scared, I've watched many horror movies, likeΒ A Nightmare on Elm Street,Β and wasn't phased at all.

I gotchu, I love atmospheric games, that are just relaxing and nice to play. Probably why I love story/single player games.
I've been needing more games lately, haven't been able to play a lot due to exams getting closer and killing me lol. If you have any recommendations, I'd love to hear them.
I dunno man, I just get scared so easily its stupid lol. I'm surprised you don't get phased at all, but then.. I also have friends that can do the same thing and I'm sitting over here, covering my eyes, and going into tornado position or whatever its called LOL. I commend you for being able to not be phased during a scary movie xD

Dreaming Mary, can pass as cute, contains dark elements, but only if you search for them.
Lieat.
The Gray Garden (has gore but not horror so much).
Forest of the drizzling rain (messes with you, but it is not horror that much if I remember well).
Utopia.
Welp that is about it, I think, I mean they surely are just pixelated so I don't think they can scare you that much x)
The only time I got scared is when I watched my fav youtubers playing Outlast during the chase scenes. I hate chase scenes in 3D game xD.Β
