To protect the island's ecosystem Elviatic had three guardians created; Titaneoal, Chalicoal, and Bramathal. These three had a symbiotic relationship with the island itself and nothing disturbed the flow of evolution as Elviatic desired. Chalicoal was the most passive of the guardians and tasks with reshaping the landscape. To contain its boundless energy shackles have been placed around each leg and its chest flowing with Elviatic's own energy. These restraints were unbreakable until moments before the extinction event where the trio was freed before ultimate desmise. It is said these Pokemon were so useful they were reborn as the Forces of Nature in the Unova region.
