Description
Name: Yuko Murakami
Age: 13
Gender: Female (she/her)
Height: 5'0"
Token: Vintage Rugby Ball; an old leather rugby ball that Yuko's dad picked up for her from a local antique shop. She shouldn't really use it, but she still does anyway, hopeful that some of the old timey rugby juice will flow into her and make her better at it.

If you tell Yuko to use her head, you might find yourself surprised when she headbutts you! Yuko is a feisty, fighty kid, ready to get rough n' tumblin' at a moment's notice. She's quick to anger if you push a button, but just as quick to move on and forget about it instead of holding a grudge -- unless you've gotten on her bad side by being mean to her twin sister. If that's the case, then you might as well be her lifelong arch nemesis, as far as Yuko is concerned. Luckily, her dads have convinced her to take some of this excess energy out on sports, rather than other people...
Aside from her hotheaded nature, Yuko is an overall outgoing girl, and is incredibly confident in herself and what she does. She's never had too much trouble making friends, and likes to chat and hang out with other kids when she gets the chance. Being so confident, Yuko is also incredibly brave, and likes to take charge! She's not scared to lead the pack, or to run into danger even when she should be -- which, of course, brings us to the fact that she's not always the brightest of the bunch, with her sister apparently taking all of the smarts for herself. Yuko is also very stubborn, often insisting that she knows best as her confidence turns into overconfidence.
Overall, Yuko is a happy, fun loving kid that just happens to really like kicking shins.
History:
- Yuko and her twin sister were born in the Sendai prefecture in Japan, but adopted by a couple living in Endswell before their first birthday. They had a happy early childhood, doted upon by their dads to the point of being spoiled
- While Yuko's sister had trouble making friends at school, Yuko herself seemed to have no trouble with it. She never really understood the issue, given how much she cares for her sister, and being unable to actually relate to her sister's plight.
- As her sister continued to be bullied, Yuko grew more and more protective, until she began to respond physically to the altercations.
- Despite Yuko's dads insisting she should protect her sister much less violently, she was already set on putting on a strong, tough image, so that people would leave her sister alone.
- Though there aren't any rugby teams in a place like Endswell, Yuko learned about the sport on TV. Seeing how violent it was, she figured it was the perfect thing to get into to scare people away from messing with her sister; her dads were just happy that she was roughing up a ball instead of other people.
Extra:
- Yuko insists on wearing her bright, "girly" clothes and colors as a middle finger to people who like to say girls can't fight.
- She spends a lot of time trying to get other people to play rugby with her, though most people won't play more than once... She's quickly running out of volunteers.
- She's gotten in trouble more than once for kicking authority figures in the shins. Oops!
