Description
This is the first of a series of renders I'm working on depicting Sunreah's life and the people around her before the fall of Quel'thalas. So of course I had to start from her, my beloved protagonist.

Here she's still a young priestess of the Light secretly training in the combat style employed by paladins. She's already wearing her signature red and gold colour scheme, but no heavy plate armour, and she has blue eyes in place of her current green ones, which were a result of a brief Fel addiction she fell into after the Third War.
Highly intelligent, self-assured and fiercely independent, she has always been the black sheep of her family, adamantly refusing the life path her mother had planned for her and being subsequently shunned for it. Due to the ongoing strife with both her mother and her sister, Sunreah has always preferred to spend her days training in solitude or hanging out with her two best friends and her girlfriend. That is, when she wasn't voluntarily deployed in various battles and conflicts against the rising Horde and the Amani trolls as a way to avoid the obligations her family continously put on her. It is through these experiences that she will become a remarkable fighter, strong enough to survive the Scourge and forge her own path for herself.
