thanks, but for some reason this was more fun to draw and have fun with..the problem is i was limited on resources (A.k.a:: no internet!)

no it just stopped.. early in the morning it was'nt viewing any signal so I don't know whats going on..so i had to rush to my friends house and continue my work ther eso I can post this image but it took a while because there was limted tools such as the bike images and the breastlights.... SO i had to find a new one... THe xeon lights was the first newest one I like!

Oh. As for both XP and Vista, it takes more than two to three minutes for me to look at webpages also. Sometimes the wind gets very bad here in the desert (and snow), it sometimes blacks out the signal, shut down the computer without safely turning off and that goes for the satellite and lights, too. I'm just speechless, every time I visit other people's galleries here on dA, I have to refresh the page over a hundred times to actually view their galleries. Safari 3 really isn't reliable at some point. The only possible explanations responsible for the lost connections is that too many people are on the internet at once, weather conditions or poor signals.
All of that aside, I'm glad you got it done. It would be a nuisance if your computer turned off in an unexpected manner, thus starting over from square one.

back online..YES its the MOdem's Fault..the technician said its the bad modem and wont respond the signal becuase the serial key was typed wrong....then they found out the signal reciever is burned! so I got a new replacement!
