It's basically the Google translate fault: It translates by word not by phrase. Problem is auxillaries. In English bathing phrased with "take" but in Turkish we use "yapmak"(make) instead of "almak"(take)
[In English "making bath" usually refers to construct one ]
"sever/seviyor" is a time difference. Sever: Simple Present /Seviyor: Simple Continuous. Despite of that, In turkish grammar there are exceptions called "Zaman kayması"(time shift). Basically in words it looks like Present continuous but meaning is Simple present. What matters is the meaning.
