Aww thank you very much! But can you do me a favor to tell the difference between yapmayı and almak? and the difference between sever and seviyor? So sorry to bother you It's always difficult to learn a language by oneself.

It's basically the Google  translate fault: It translates by word not by phrase. Problem is auxillaries. In English bathing phrased with "take" but in Turkish we use "yapmak"(make) instead of "almak"(take) 

[In English "making bath" usually refers to construct one ]


"sever/seviyor" is a time difference. Sever: Simple Present /Seviyor: Simple Continuous. Despite of that, In turkish grammar there are exceptions called "Zaman kayması"(time shift). Basically in words it looks like Present continuous but meaning is Simple present. What matters is the meaning.
