if I were to give him his own world/story, I would name him "chercher" [sh-er-shay] for one, meaning "to search/look for" en francais

I see him as a wormhole jumper, exploring the galaxies. Although, he never is able to find any place to call home. Earth he visits mainly because beings there resemble him and he feels more comfortable associating with canines rather than the strange creatures found in the depths of space. That being said, he does not immediately know all languages he encounters. He speaks french primarily (because that's the first place he remembers encountering) and has an acute ability to learn.

Noting that he travels across the universe might make you believe that he doesn't need air. that is incorrect. He breathes Sulfur Hexafluoride (the deep voice gas) and has to store it in his tail when it is in short supply. His tail can store any gas, but he finds it amusing to fill his "lungs" with helium while leaving his tail weighted with Sulfur Hexafluoride- although sometimes he gets carried away and floats into the atmosphere

Naturally, he is curious/inquisitive and wants to know how every little thing works. he carries out his own experiments and is certainly a people watcher. He is sensitive to a point, but he tends to be inconsiderate when it comes to other peoples' emotions (ie asking questions rather than comforting). He is still learning, so perhaps he will be able to make proper relations one day
