After years, this is still one of my favorite pictures on the site. It's so pregnant with story and motive, and I don't know what it is, and I love it.
Interestingly though, the expression is changed to me. I used to see weary dejectedness, and now I see cold interest.

Amazing picture. I love the piercing expression and the focus of the eyes. The blood from the nose I also like a LOT - very good touch, though I'm not sure whether I would prefer it to be only one stream of blood.
