Well, the title pretty much explains it. This is a trapdoor spider. They're pretty cool, at least I think so. I don't have a problem with spiders, despite the fact that i've been bitten three times, two of those on the face. Haha. Not by these guys, though.

I actually drew this from a drawing book that my little kids have at work. I watch Kindergarteners and 1st Graders and they just love the book. It shows you how to draw cars, dinosaurs, desert animals, rainforest animals, and maybe another. They're really nice drawings, too. Sadly the kids are too young to really be able to draw any of it to tell what it is, but I love it. xP I don't follow the steps, though. I just draw from the final image. I find it much easier.

I pretty much was just pretty fond of how this guy came out. Most of the stuff I draw are dinosaurs since the little boys just love to draw them and they always want me to draw with them. I just sketch them out real quick, especially since they scribble it down then want to keep going when i'm still drawing. xP

The original art for this doesn't belong to me. This does, though. I drew it on my own with a reference drawing. I also did this really fast, so sorry it's not too good. Hope you like it. ^^
