Description
Why do I dare try to revamp one the most important catagory of characters in the Bionicle universe:
The Toa.
And Takanuva, of them all.
The problem with making Toa/Matoran organic is that you have no choice but to humanize them. And with most human interpretations of these characters, nearly none of them wear their masks. That's what makes my revamp different.
Anyway...Takanuva is by far my favorite Toa, being that he is the main hero in one of the best years for this toyline(2003). The Phantoka/Mistika(2008) version was a terrible disappointment...
The interesting thing is that Takanuva was originally a normal Matoran named Takua. Long story short, Takua finds Kanohi Avokki aka Mask of Light, and after a long, somewhat Hobbitish journey,
TA-DA!!!
Takanuva is born.
Then he kills Makuta in a game of Bionicle hockey.
So stupid.
