Playing with polygons i see I suppose that each object is poligon based and you make some line traceing from light source to those points for each poligon eh? Like 3D approuch in 2D engine

yeah, its probably going to be for a future game. At the moment im just learning lots of new stuff, so my new games will be more advanced uploading a newer version with collision and editor now

very complicated. I calculate if each surface is visible by the light, if it isnt, the surface projects a shadow. you will be able to see it better in the debug/edit view in the new version im uploading

Good start, now you have to perfect making the areas directly behind the walls a little bit lighter and then darker as the light grows more dim.
