Nope you got me there I don´t know what that is.
Each part is knitted individually in Knit (rightside) and Purl  then sewn up and stuffed and then sewn together. It´s quite a bit of work but I enjoy  it so much and each Bear (or other animal) turns out quite unique

Wow congrats on doing it without double pointed knitting XD
Double pointed knitting is when you knit on 4 or 5 needles with a point on each end, rather than two, and knits in a circular way, making it easier to knit stuffed animals, socks, sleeves etc
It's not that hard, and you may want to look into it if you liked knitting stuffies ^-^

Oh yes I understand now. My mother-in-law knits great socks with that method. I have tried a couple of times but find it a bit complicated, but you never know I might get the hang of it one day
