This little bird would indeed think it is a wonderful world to come across a place where there are all those lovely berries to eat. A lovely interpretation and so well drawn as usual. Would make a lovely design for some form of greeting card.

Thanks Shelley. I did enjoy drawing this fom a small photo in a magazine, I´ve been told I haven´t quite got the colour right, these birds are not bright yellow more a subtle colour but there is always one the dances out of line I suppose

I don't think it really matters about the colour being exact unless you were illustrating for a book on birds. You did well to do this from a small photo. And yes you are right there are always exceptions and they can be even more beautiful for being different in some way.

Yes I think there isn´t a colour in my box of pencils that would do so I made it a tiny bit more colourful
