A symbolic image to commemorate my triumph of being tax free! My tax of yesteryear has finally been sorted and no longer a big concern! (at least until next financial year, yaaaay).It's also symbolic of my need to keep working on MAiZ, despite all my work commitments and stresses. It's been 7 months since the last chapter updated and I'm endeavouring as always to get it done, and make the next chapter worth the wait, especially now that my tax is done and dusted.
I apologise to everyone who’s been checking back regularly. I’ll try my best not to disappoint!

Curious; I always hear people complain about how terrible doing taxes is, but I've never had too much trouble with it myself. Especially using services like Turbotax, I've been done with my taxes in less time than it takes me to fill out an employment application. I wonder if it's only that easy if you use those services, or it's a lot harder if you live/work a certain way?

Not so much the service itself, but when you're a freelance artist whose work tends to come and go, it can make each tax year a bit interesting XD
