We'll here it is like I said I would.I'm sure there was a special tutorial genre or.. sectiony bit to submit it under but I couldn't find it.... anyway here it is for all those who are interested. I'll submit the finished product if you like!
Well anyway... enjoy!
Please tell me what you think, and if it makes sense or not! 
tis my first tutorial!(oh I forgot to say in the tutorial, it's all done on photoshop... but you probably guessed that by now!)

i finally used a bit of your tutorial. i had a hard time drawing wings, then, it struck me that your tute was the same with the process, so i tried and it seems like i did make the wings the way i wanted them to look like.

along the top with file and edit and all that there should be, filter click then go down to render and then on to lighting effects
