Description Sprite a Day - Day 5 - Companion Cube

Well, now that I managed to iron this fucker without getting it melted to the iron, unlike its predecessor, I've finished today's sprite, which is actually two! I like the little heart bubble over the Companion Cube. The CC is a custom sprite, and the heart bubble is from Pretty Soldier Sailormoon: Another Story. I tried the flat ironing technique again, and was very happy with the results! Yay!

Love this CC version! You want to give it a hug!

Flat ironing is a pain to get used to, but so worth it for sprites!

Thank you!

I know it is @_@ I can never get the back to look any good and I'm like, 'aw, screw it. You only need to see one side anyway >_<'

Haha, yea I never even touch the back when I flat iron. Plus I like to think that the bumpiness lets the glue hold better!

Hey, now there's some good reasoning! lol I'm thinking about seeing how flat ironing will treat a round sprite I just made >_> I've never tried it before

Should work fine, I've done it with round pokeballs before. It's a lot easier to flat iron the smaller the object! Like, exponentially easier.
