Here's a gross pencil and marker doodle starring my OC, Ragdoll, who is taking a post-apocalyptic beach-time #selfie .For those who are concerned, Ragdoll is a mutant with impressive regenerative abilities, who can also reattach severed limbs at will.

The subject matter freaks me out, but I love your technique! I have a hard time drawing liquid and shiny things with markers, how did you get the blood and the boots to look like that?

Glad you like this drawing! To get that shiny effect on the boots/blood, I used a white opaque marker (the brand is Recollections, and I found it in the scrap-booking section at Michael's, my local art store). I also used a tiny bit of white gel pen on the blood. It took a bit of practice to get the opaque marker to look the way I wanted it to (but I'd say it's worth the hassle).

This is such a cute idea! Amputation usually squicks me out unless the character is immortal, in which case I'm like "bring on the artistic/comedic gore," haha.
