For the theme 'Rain' in the drawing competition with Annedroid [link]sdjlka;dka. Those arms are too short.
Flaws just cover this picture. Horrible anatomy, bad coloring, wobbly background, the dimension is terrible. Try not to look at it too much.
I could go on and on about how much this sucks, but whatever.
At least it's rainbow.
..Actually, it's really not as rainbowy as I wanted.

rainbows are always fabulous. and the coloring on the clouds is very pretty, with the rainbow-y showing on their undersides.
pff, this dimension is better than what i could do. but maybe making it less.. severe?(idk the word i'm looking for.. it's like it comes together at the horizon too suddenly behind the character ) would work for the next time you try.
