Description Let's say that Sans can remember what happens during timelines after resets.

And what if Frisk had happened to remember something, something that's bad, and they panic.

They run in terror to their skeleton friend's house, fearful that one of them may have been turned to dust by their own hands, yet not their own hands...

And they tell them what they've seen. It was like a dream, but if felt too real. Way too real.

All of their friends are called up and they gather around to comfort Frisk and to talk about this dream. Except Sans who's a little way off, still listening, but seemingly distant.

Frisk slowly tells the tale of the power they felt they gained, and how they themselves also felt like they couldn't breathe. Like it was someone else in their body.
They tell how, one by one, they all turn into dust. By Frisk's, yet not Frisk's hands.

Alphys asks how the fight with Asgore was, and Frisk replies that they never got to him.

They were walking along the golden corridor towards where Asgore was, and they had met Sans.
And Sans stood in their way, so they fought. There were bones, blue attacks and skulls shooting lasers. (Undyne lets out a large "Whaaaat?!" at this point in disbelief.)

And as Sans seemed to be getting tired, he tells them that he hoped there's someone inside who might call them a friend. Somewhere.

And Frisk can suddenly breathe. It's no longer Frisk and not Frisk, but only Frisk. They drop the knife they're clutching that's caked in dust.
And they cry. They stumble over to Sans, tears flowing, arms out wide.
Sans pulled them into a hug and Frisk had smiled into the blue hoodie. Then he felt something like hundreds of tiny bones smashing into him from behind. But he doesn't mind. He felt like he deserved that.
And as his consciousness fades into black, he hears Sans' voice say that if they were really their friend, they wouldn't come back.

At that point Frisk wakes up in Snowdin, cold and with tears streaking down his face. So he had ran to their friend's house.
As they finish their tale, they look at everyone.
Sans isn't in the room.
Before anyone can say anything, Frisk has jumped out of their chair, and has run out of the front door. It's just starting to snow outside and they try to see where Sans' footprints are on the snow.
They hear what sounds like muffled explosions near the outskirts of town and they turn and run in that direction.
There's Sans, back turned, surrounded by a large number of smoking craters and two floating skulls.
As Frisk runs up to him, Sans spins in his slippers, jabs a bony hand at him, and thrusts that hand upwards. Frisk in launched into the cold sky and is terrified, a little by suddenly being in the air, but mostly by the eerie blue glow that's in Sans left eye. The exact sort of glow that Frisk saw during the fight/yet not fight. Frisk calls out to Sans, who's showing no sign of lowering him any time soon.

But Sans seems to sees something in Frisk's face. Frisk isn't sure what it was, but it was enough. And he's lowered gently to the ground. As Frisk's feet touch solid ground, Sans slumps to his knees, one hand punching the softened ground of snow, sweating, one eye still glowing blue.

Frisk runs up, calling his name.

And that's roughly what I have in my head for this picture. Kinda hard to put it down sometimes, so I roughly typed it out here instead.
Maybe I'll try write it out properly and post it one day...

Also my first Undertale fanart. I'm pretty happy with that!
