It's His Grace, The Duke of Ankh, Commander Sir Samuel Vimes from Terry Pratchett's Discworld series. The Watch books overall are my favorites of the series so far, and Vimesy is by far (and this is hard to do, considering how awesome all the characters are) my favorite character. :3

After many failed attempts, I found it impossible to draw his eyes in a way that captured how I thought he should look (I hold the opinion that the eyes contribute much of the character to a face), and so...I was lazy and covered them with his helmet. Looks intentional enough. I could have even planned that from the very beginning!...had I not just told you all otherwise.
