Description
Not a request or anything from the pile-up of them, but I decided I should make an attempt at a basic sprite edit in an attempt to get back on the horse. It took a heck of a lot longer than I expected because of that too because I had to re-learn a bunch of stuff about drawing that used to be obvious to me (still not especially satisfied with it either). Still, hope you like seeing Harumaki here getting embarrassed about her own lack of a skirt.P.S: If anyone's at all pleased with how this one turned out, I can try and work it into an atomic or a shoulder wedgie

But yeah no kidding,clothes are the hardest things for me to draw (which are kinda important when it comes to wedgies) The only way to get over it is through using tons of references and spending hours of practice drawing.

When I started out, the folds were always the hardest thing. It's hard to know where they naturally develop in a piece of fabric and I'm pretty sure I still only throw them out there more on instinct than technique

Yeah I think if you just experiment more and gauge the reactions towards the different edits, you'll get a better feel for it overtime. The most sprite editing I've ever done myself was just changing the colors of their hair and clothes so I'm afraid I won't be of much help... but I believe in you.

Thinking about it... Ace Attorney perhaps? It views the characters from about the waist up. Zero Escape as well.
Full-body sprites aren't too common because DR's sprites are meant to be seen standing regularly during class trials just as much as during regular conversation

Yeah, it's always tough with newer games... DR1 came out in 2010 for the PSP and it shows. They've pretty much been drawing the sprites in that grainy style ever since.
