Description
Professor Martin Stein is the head scientist at S.T.A.R. Labs who was studying experimental fusion and created a rare isotope.
Jason Rusch was a Metropolis University student and intern at S.T.A.R. Labs.
When the villain Multiplex tried to steal the isotope from the lab, he was intercepted by both Jason and Professor Stein. The isotope was damaged and the nervy fused the tow tightened to make them Firestorm, the Nuclear Man. Now, they are able to fuse as one and have the power to manipulate molecules in inorganic matter. They now use their powers to be a superhero. Alongside Blue Beetle, Firestorm is the most recent member to join the Justice League.
