"That's a Baron von Zeppelin. It's a living balloonlike thing. Max HP is 1, Attack is 0, and Defense is 0. They're pretty weak but they often have reinforcements or hazards that they can drop on you. Just jump on them to knock down whatever they're packing so nothing lands on your head."
This one was a bit of a stretch to have for a Paper Mario battle, but whatever, here's Baron von Zeppelin from Yoshi's Island. Also included is the bouncy cactus enemy, Needlenose.
It's attack is zero as it varies depending on what its holding.
