Well... I think that Archimonde had rather grey than blue skin. On your picture he looks too much like a Draenei. And I'm not so sure if he had hoofs. Legs are generally OK, because both Eredar and Draenei had two knees, if we could say like this (I mean that their legs are "S" shape a bit)

p.s. there's something I can't explain about his smile. But it compels my attention.
