In stage acting, the "Fourth wall" is the imaginary wall between the actors and the audience. It just means that Phineas is talking to the people watching the show.

LOL. My brother and I were trying to count them all the other day and realized just how much he does it. Very funny.

The first one I listed is at the beginning of the "Summer Belongs to You" special and the last one is from the movie.
