Coming along well, I'd be tempted in future to add a tad more movement to the robes, have a look at Gandalf or Saruman from the lord of the ring filsm

The putty is procreate. Tools include all kinds. Sculpting tools, dental tools, needles, etc.

I do like to use needles for painting details, but hadn't thought of dental tools and procreate. I'll have to check it out.
