I've been working on my portraits recently and this piece falls under the category of my goals. I love your use of color (especially the blue) and the white lines.

Watercolours were giving me a hard time in the beginning but I could se improvements sooo quickly it was amazing. So just keep on practicing and practicing and practicing!
