The picture is really great, but ~ukraine-photo is right, St. Sophie is a neighbouring cathedral. This one is St. Michael's "Zolotoverchy" (The Golden-roofed).

on the Last week of May, my family and I flew to Kiev and we took pics of this church. I cannot believe how much gold was used. It's soo beautiful..
