Easter morning I saw my pal DivinexRemembrance and her friend FoxtopusDeamond start up a project for their RGBY: The Color Arc Series, so I decided to go ahead and contribute with my own member of the "Pigment" species. Cerulean here is a flamboyant and bisexual but strong, confident, easygoing, and agile pigment. His full name is "Cerulean Markus Prosathus" with an ID of #1B63D0 , tattooed on his left leg underneath his pants, and while he is peaceful, he allies with the rebels and will engage in combat if provoked or if a friend is in danger.
Hope you all enjoy- he was pretty fun to design.
