Well... someone asked me to do a Nyan Cat cupcake. (PRetty sure because she saw I made a lot of cupcakes.
), but I didn't really know what she meant. I just went ahead and made two different kinds, this, with a cupcake body, and another one with Nyancat on top of a cupcake.I decided to color the icing the same way the poptart was colored.

Also, does anyone know how to animate this? I use iaza, but I have no idea how people move the pixels. Is there a frame by frame of the movements?

A good gif making program is GIMP. Free but making gifs is sorta tedious using it

yeah i tried it out once but gimp just gets too glitchy and buggy for me sometimes so i gave up on it X(
i dont make gif icons now but i used to use a website where you can just enter in frames and it turns it into a gif for you
