I do not recall this moment from the book but I read it all in one day... 
Also, that is in a different cannon so things are different from the games and books.

no it says it on the large page of the fourth closet that she was born in 1980 and died in 1983 at 3 years old.
also the game never says this restoraunt is not the fnaf 2 one and takes place in 1978
