This is Lydia, an incredibly shy young girl who resides in Rustbound City. Lydia is shy to the point where she rarely ever speaks at all and even when she does, her voice is very quiet. She has a massive crush on Skipper, as the two have known each other since childhood, but she never had the courage to hang around with him or even speak to him. When Skipper left Rustbound City to explore, Lydia quietly followed him. It wasn't until Skipper met Dylan and Dylan noticed Lydia following them that she joined the team. Lydia hopes exploring will help her overcome her shyness and eventually work up the courage to express her feelings towards Skipper. Lydia contributes to the team with her agility. While she speaks more often than Dark Tails would, she otherwise communicates in a similar manner; facial expressions and gestures.
