The rules as it states are :
Almost anything goes with this contest, as long as it's based on music or related to music. Here are some examples of how you can mix Supernatural with music.

- You can draw/write SPN characters in a certain scene which was inspired by a song. (What would happen if a certain song meets with the SPN characters?)
- You can draw/write SPN characters with your fave band/musician.
- You can draw/write SPN characters as musicians/band.
- You can draw/write SPN characters in a scene inspired by certain lyrics.
- You can draw/write SPN characters in a scene inspired by the melody of a song. (So, don't have to be about the words, but about the tunes

Rules aside.. time to explain my choices ...
The moment I read that it was a supernatural music contest , immediately a song popped into my head and the scene played out .. my song of choice is "Still Loving You - Scorpions" [link]

music choice aside now , the big explanation of whats going on in the picture.. basicly its centered around castiel and how hes going about in season 6. Now Clearly through out these episodes dean has like. an unwavering faith in castiel .like no matter what cas says dean believes him even if he is plain out lying well the way i see it is dean has this blind faith in cas.

cas is the angel cas is good cas is his friend cas wont ever lie to him .

Yet BAM!, news about crowley . cas killed crowley .. cas doesn't make mistakes .. doubt doubt suspicion uncertainty
so for my picture. its more or less. dean has put up this wall.
as he always does when he feels hes been fucked over in life by someone he cares about or thought close. to protect him self. against the lies.. and the treachery blah blah ect ect. its basically .. cas has fucked up .. royally with deans trust. and it was evident in the preview for episode 20 . and deans literally looking pretty fucking hurt as he stares down castiel and asks him to look him in the eye and tell him hes not working for crowley so basically the picture is deans wall of insecurity and cas basically . well he realizes he just fucked up
he cant get through .. least not immediately

deans kinda looking over his shoulder
like.. he knows cas is there.. and u know dean never truly gives up on his friends so the looking back is a bit of hope that he will come around to accepting cas again if cas is willing to make the effort to fix it but for now the wall is up .. good luck taking it down there cas. As for the glowing yellow hand print on his shoulder... it was basically a way of cas trying to reach dean , using his " profound bond " to try and touch base with his soul and try to make dean see he is sorry. This piece can be seen as both a lovers relationship or a friendship relation ship .. take it as you will...

I personally picked the lovers relationship .. which is evident in my song choice.. which in these lyrics inspired the picture above:
