there's different units within the custodes that have different armor colours, this particular one is part of the solar vigil, who have white armor afaik
also ye about the face thats my thinking as well, tho i'd extend it to all ethnicities as well, since big e loves humanity as a whole i bet he'd justΒ try and get every ethnicity in his personal army :V
