Hei from 'darker than black' ^^ It was a PAIN to draw him! , his head has this specific shape and argh! i don't even wanna get started on how much hours i spent on him Dx but i'm so happy with the result
looks like a screenshot out the anime lol Anyway I don't have a clue why he's outside in the dark without a shirt lol XD (i feel like a pervert ^^) and well i made him look sad because i had the idea of letting him feeling kinda sorrow (don't ask me about what, maybe Yin :/) Enjoy! Sorrow for 100 themes challenge!

nah my peice is actually line art so I used a pic as a reference (lotsa eye hand coordination and its from a panel in the manga) in conclusion yours is automatically epic-er (totes not a word but i don't care XD)

Tell me about it, the eyes are probably the most important part of an anime character since their so unique. If you get the hair and eyes correct then anyone will recognize them.

I agree! Eyes and hair are really important, but also hard D: I always have troubles with drawing their hair.. it never makes any sense to me haha

Depends on how you look at it really. Most people would be a little upset that i came along, and was like isn't that a lil bit wrong. XD But hey someone has to say it is the way i see it. Or people will never grow as artists.

That's true but well i don't think anyone likes to get critique but i think you shouldn't be mad about it:/ it's like you said, it makes you a better artist! what is the point of posting drawings if no one can tell their real opinion? I sometimes give critique as well but mostly they just don't answer me or hide my comment :/ i think that's just sad! my opinion is: if you can't handle feedback, then just don't post your drawings on the internet :/

To true i always keep the comments and talk to the people as well. I think it's important that you get a viewers look on your own art and i guess, try and view it the same way they do he that makes sense. Also i think viewers like to feel like helped in your growth as an artist and to know that their feelings and views count.
