I'm not entirely sure...okonomiyaki is different depending on who makes it, but it's basically a pancake/omelette with eggs, cabbage, some sort of batter, and various other things in it. Those little red things are pickles of some sort. Not sure what they are, but they're good.

I did! It was very good, but I had a little trouble eating the fried egg with chopsticks gracefully.
